  3. Whitney's presentation was really touching and made me think about the reasons why some people don't talk to new people, and why certain connections are worth having.

  5. Great job! I love that you were standing up for the underdog. I feel like it's a lesson we all learned, but nobody ever told us to follow through with it. Your story about your friend with cancer was heart wrentching

  11. Your speech was really smooth and meaningful. I could tell that you were emotional about your topic. I really like the argument you make; I think we have all been outcasts at some point in our lives, and we need to always be aware of who is alone at each moment.

  13. The story was happy then sad, and even more sad because you knew the person. That story really helped better understand your idea of living life with no regrets. Good talk with lots of deep examples.

  14. Whitney started with a touching story about her friend who had cancer. What mattered to Whitney was to live life with no regrets. I thought she did great in showing the class why we should take that extra step to try to make a change because you don't want to regret what you never did. She also challenged the class to make no regrets, because we never know when it's going to be too late.

  15. Whitney,

You had a lot of evidence, and a heart touching story. This helped us understand better what you were telling us.

You did not move much, and repeated the same movement over and over (shifting from one leg to the other). This was a little distracting from your talk. Also, a little more practice would have done you good.

Overall, good job. Great use of story and personal connection.

  17. I think that Whitney's TED Talk was sad, but good. The personal story was touching and I think it is sad that people did not reached out to her until after she passed away. I agree with the message of living life with no regrets.

  18. I liked how Whitney related back to her friend Abby. One of the kids in my neighborhood died over last summer and many people posted similar things on his facebook.

  23. Whitney- Your TED of "Living Life Without Regrets", highlighted "what-if?" very well. It gives you a good reason to think twice about every lonely kid that you choose not to talk to. Very impactful!
