I loved your powerpoint and you were a great presenter. I could understand what you were saying and could apply it to my life. Great job and great topic!
I like how you talked very candidly to the audience, like you were talking to a best friend or a relative. It definitely sounded sincere and honest thanks to your relaxed phrasing!
Savannah, great idea. I can really connect with it. Your speaking speed was pretty good. It may have gotten a little fast at times but it was still good. It could have used a couple pauses just for emphasis. The slides were really interesting. They didn't just go along with the things you were saying at the moment but also the main idea of the talk. I'm glad you are telling people that it's ok to be different and to live the life you want.
You sounded really natural when you were talking, almost like you were having a casual conversation with the audience. I feel as though that really benefited your speech because it made it almost more real for me. Your examples were also really good because you made it so that almost everyone could relate to the examples. It was good that you got across a few different topics like acting like a kid and not worrying with good transitions from one point to the other.
I love how your topic was so relatable. Your visuals were so perfect with everything you said. This presentation was really wonderful because it challenged us and kept bringing it back to the big picture and what mattered.
Savannah- Your topic was a great idea. I found that I could really relate to it, because it is such a part of our lives in high school. I think the world would be a better place if everyone could act like a kid. You seemed very confident and comfortable up there, and that really makes a big difference in the way the talk is delivered. You did a great job!
Very inspired. I relate this alot to the Three A's of Awesome Ted Talk. She talked about loving the little things. She did alot of recounting and stressing her point and challenged us to release our inner child on the world. My one critique is her speach never paused. It was one constant flow and I felt some stress in certain areas would have helped.
Savannah's presentation was inspirational because when she was talking, she was very enthusiastic. Her backdrop went along with her presentation perfectly.
I looooooove your topic, I completely agree! It's great how you challenge us to be more childish and be unafraid. Your overall message is really great and you have good support for your topic. You speak like you really believe in it and it enhances your presentation quite a bit. it was great:)
Savannah is speaking my mind! I am way too stressed. I also found it interesting how the whole talk was a call to action for the audience. Very well rehearsed, but the speach was a little too fast.
Savannah, your presentation and mine run along the same lines. We both think that school beats ideas out of children. I liked how you show the juxtaposition of the adult and child world. I feel this way in life sometimes too. I try to be myself, and I am harmed for that. I'm beat down for just being me, and I want to follow a different path for life. I really enjoyed hearing your ideas on life and what we should become in the future.
I so wish I could think like a kid again. You make a moving argument on how being a kid, even in thought process is a great thing. Being an individual is also a really good theme.
Savannah- You did a really good job! I could relate to your topic. I like how you had lots of examples to support what you were saying. I thought that your topic was really good. Nice job!
It was very easy to listen to because you weren't using a script or notecard or anything. It is so true! Kids do not care what anyone thinks. I really agree with the message you were trying to say. We need to try to not be influenced by others' opinions and stereotypes.
I completely agree with your topic. You made excellent points and made me believe what you believe. I like how you broke up your topic into three main points because it made your speech more organized. I could relate to everything you were saying. Great job. It was perfectly timed and rehersed.
You had a really good topic and sounded very prepared. Your pictures really added to your presentation. You had some good points, but repeated some of your main points.
Savannah! Way to be! Your topic was so relatable and I have noticed the patterns you mentioned in your talk. I want to be a kid again! You talked a little fast, but it fit with the mood you set. Great Job!
A great message about how people need to stop trying to live their life as an adult and how people have always lived their lives. People need to live their lives as kids, and that's a great way to live life.
