Sean- The first thing that I noticed when your powerpoint came up is how professional it looked. It must have take a lot of time to complete. You spoke fluidly at just the right pace. Great job! You deserve a great grade.
Sean- You talked with much poise. I am very impressed by the confidence of your speech, I could tell you were very prepared. I liked your idea. Great Job!
Sean, You spoke like you knew your topic back and forth. I think it is great that you were so prepared. I think that your ideas were very true and I liked how your encouraged us to come up with our own beliefs. Good job!
Sean, You did a great job speaking slowly, calmly and maintaining the audience's attention. Your examples were good too and supported your point clearly. The connection to media was great too. Good job Sean.
I liked your message. Kids are too influenced sometimes. You were also well prepared and delivered your talk well.
I guess I can't tell you to move more, since I didn't during mine. So, I just recommend slowing down and using some simpler words. I couldn't make out what you were saying at parts.
Overall great job! I liked your point and your evidence.
Sean, your presentation was delivered professionally, which helped to show how you really believed what you were saying. I really enjoyed your presentation, it gave me somehting to think about.
Sean- You reminded me a lot of your brother when you were presenting. You definitely practiced this a lot. You used a whole range of points, and still brought them together to make connections, and connections to those connections. Great job Sean!
Sean: I love the quotes on your slides! I can totally relate, my family has very strong opinions, and i'm supposed to follow them. I think so many other people are the same way! People today are so affected by media and I think this was a great topic to choose. Over all, great job! :)
I liked your topic. It is so true that kids believe whatever their parents tell them. You made some very good points and your presentation was very interesting. Good job!
Sean- I liked the format of your slides and your complicated thinking of beliefs. You had great example s and your slides helped your talk. Nice talk! PS too bad you werent wearing a tie. Tie's make it or break it.
Sean: I completely agree! I do not think that I started developing my own beliefs until last year. I like how you brought up bias. Everybody has bias whether they like it or not. Great speech!
Sean's TED Talk was interesting, to say the least. He made good points about biased media. I agree that we have to analyze and learn about our beliefs.
The quotes on your slides were really neat. I am glad that you addressed media bias, because I think many people ignore it. I can relate to your point about family influencing personal beliefs, as well. Good job!
Sean, I liked how you said WE have to develop our own beliefs as we get older and start to leave our family bubble. It is absolutely true that our beliefs and values are influenced by our parents, and that as well grow, so do those beliefs and values. Great job in showing us bias in everyday life through the media. You also connected your topic with how your family also sometimes influenced your perception of life.
Sean did a great job. I really liked what he was taling about. I also really liked how he brought in real world examples and made them connect to his points. I was able to completely undertand what he was getting at and it was great.
Sean- I too have never had my parents tell me exactly how to think, although I still adopted their opinions, I though it was very interesting how you brought this to our attention. Forming our own opinions and challenging our beliefs help us to determine what we think. I really liked how you showed that bias surrounds us and it is difficult to not allow them to influence us.
