Nick,I liked how comfortable you were in giving your talk. You may not have felt like it, but you looked like it. Also, good message. I think we need to hear that more.I would move around a little more. Also, for smoother delivery, I would use your slideshow more. Perhaps put cues in it that you can use to trigger your memory.Great talk, and good message. Great job!-Matthew Cheney
Nick- Slow down you have time. I like your topic but it took a little while for it to sink in. I loveed how you used examples like sports and boardgames to connect your topic to the audience. Great job!Sage
I loved your topic because it was interesting and connected with everyone's life. Your talk was great and I think you are a great speaker. Great job!
I liked the funny chart you had. It was pretty funny. I also liked how your Ted talk built upon its self.
Nick- I never thought about our roots that make us want to win. I have never thought of winning as what you were talking about. Of course I know competition drives us to win, but the concept of survival of the fittest was new to me. Good talk.
Great job Nick. I really liked wat you were talking about and it made a lot of sense. It was great how you asked the audience questions to keep them engaged. You may have been talking a little too fast, but otherwise I think it was amazing.
Nick-I really liked your idea! The example of cheaters winning and honest people losing was great! Your ideas, though some of them seemes very different, connected very well! Great job!
Nick,You did a great job with providing evidence. I liked your examples and stories. Great job with being prepared. You seemed very comfortale with your topic. I really enjoyed your ideas about how competition can be a bad thing. Nicely done!
Nick - Your speech was comical and informing. You had very interesting points, and opened my eyes on the nature of winning and competition. You obviously spent a lot of time on your speech and slide show. Great job.
Nick M- You used some funny pictures, but were still serious at the same time. You flowed from topic to topic easily. Great job Nick!
Nick, great job outlining the definition of winning before you even start your main point. You also put many different terms to describe winning. You also used many different time periods to support your idea. Good job Nick.
I really like your point about business taking competition too far. I feel like sometimes competition gets in the way of society accomplishing all that it could.
I like how you brought up cheating, and all the different forms of competition, and the negative and positive effects of competition.
Nick- Great ideas! Your ahd many points that I would never think of. I liked your example about monoloply. Great job!
I like how you used the example of cheating in Monopoly. Your presentation was very logical and you showed a lot of proof for your idea. Overall it was very interesting. Good job!
Nick, I like how you proved your point that winning and social hierarchy matters to everyone by the amount of people's hands raised when you asked who cheats at Monopoly. You made very valuable points about how we should succeed in life, very good job!
Nick- What is your message? Your presentation was very scattered and I was confused by it. Your examples were somewhat unclear, but I think your presentation was done well. I especially liked the wealth of information you packed into your slides. Wonderful.
Good thoughts! Evolution supports our competition, yet we create things like religion, and morals. Humankind has changed nature itself, for better or worse. "WInning" is the essence of the Industrial and Intellectual age. That graph is actually fair in many ways.
Nick-Good job! I really liked your topic and it really interested me. It affects everyone and therefore I really liked your talk. Good job!
Nick- You sounded very well rehearsed. It wasn't until the very end of your speech that I saw all of the points come together, and I really saw why winning mattered.
I thought that Nick involving the audience really helped to capture their attention, and make sure that they stayed paying attention. I like your idea for the talk because I would've never thouchgt of it.
Nick: I think it's great how you brought in games that everyone has played and used it as an example! I think your topic was awesome becuase everyone can relate to it because EVERYONE deals with competiion, in sports, school, etc.Overall, I think you talkcwas great to listen to! Great Job! :)
Nick: I agreed with your point of competition. It is not really beneficial to anyone to compete. Good speech!
Nick- Your TED Talk has some really cool ideas. I feel that your ideas are quite revolutionary and I feel that they make sense. I hope people look at your TED Talk as an inspiration.
Nick's TED Talk was interesting. I agree that people need to be less competitive in some aspects and that would help the world.
Great job buddy, your topic was well put together and you had your main points very well thought out. The talking points were also funny, yet relatable at the same time. Nice job buddy.
