Abby- Your story was truly moving. I have also lost members of my family. My dog in 2006 and my grandma in 2009. The emotion in your presentation was a great addition to the effect of your TED Talk.
Great use of a personal story. It is good to choose something you are passionate about, so you can be more sincere. You also appeared very rehearsed and prepared.
I will tell you what I have told almost everyone else. MOVE! Don't stand in one spot, move around the floor. It keeps the audience more focused when their eyes are moving back and forth, I rather than focused on one spot.
Overall, good job! I could understand your point, and relate to it well.
You enlightened the audience to a personal yet important topic. You pinpointed a very hidden and subtle subject, exposing a topic that most people don't ever think about. You presented smoothly, and connected your points right back to your slide show Great job.
I am so sorry about your grandpa, my grandpa passed just a few weeks ago. It is hard to experience :(. I love the question you asked us; Where are we running to? Your message was truly heartfelt and moving. You did a great job! I love your outfit too, it is really cute.
Abby, you are a great public speaker. Your voice got my attention and made me want to listen. I could tell you practiced. I agree that we should appreiciate family. I also love how you expanded your topic. Your points really made me think about life. You did a great job!
Fantastic! Abby, you are a really good public speaker! You know when to pause and when to get louder, it really helped to make your point so much stronger. I think your topic is very important and so true, as a society we take family for advantage and that's not okay.
Abby: The story you started with isvery relatable because everyone has lost someone close to them. I like how you used quotes that everyone has heard before because now we can actually take them in. Your voice was so powerful and it seemedlike you weren'tjust giving a speech yo uwere actually talking to US. Your talk was so powerful, over all it was an amazing job! :)
Abby- I think thatt your idea of slowing down and enjoying life is a wonderful one. I think that your idea of not worrying about the past and not living in the future should be learned by the world because I think it could improve our one life.
Abby- You sounded very confident when you spoke. Your topic is a lesson that needs to learned. You knew your speech so well, it seemed very natural when you talked. Your examples related to everyone in this classroom. Great job!
Abby, you moved well around the stage and maintained eye contact with the audience. Your story at the very beginning made the rest of your speech tie together and made it more personal. You maintained a well structured idea throughout the speech and connected it with different applications. Good job Abby.
Your talk was very true! I liked the idea of having checkpoints when we were running in our heads. It helped us to get involved. Another thing I liked was the "yesterday is history..." quote. Good job!

Abby- I loved your idea! There are many people who have talked about living life to the fullest, but yours really touched me. The story about your grandpa, because many people can relate. The audience can put themselves in that postion. Your quote about life was also good.
Abby: So, how are we supposed to appreciate every last object. We can't go up and closely observe the "beauty" of every brick. Some of your points also seem random. You could've also said that living it to the fullest means different things for different people.
Abby- You did amazing your topic was something that everyone of us needs to notice. You also used one of my favorite quotes. You really connect to the audience. You wre so confident!!!! Really amazing job!

Abby: I completely agree with your speech! SOciety constantly passes up good things. Your running metaphor really worked with the topic. I also liked your point about finals. I am always really nervous to see what my teachers put as my grade for my finals. Great Job!
Abby- Your story was very touching. You gave me so many questions to ask myself, and you really inspired me to stop for a second and ask myself them. You also helped me take a few deep breaths and calm down for the rest of the day! Great Job!
Abby- I liked the example of how life is a gift and that is why it is called a present. That really made me understand your topic better. I also liked your pictures of yourself with your families as it shows you dont just talk the talk but you walk the walk. Great talk1
I found Abby's TED Talk very interesting. Even though this topic seems a little worn out, she did a good job of presenting it in a new way. I never thought about worrying about finals in that way.
